Your host Egbie Compion is an avid bowhunter, fisherman and all-out outdoorsman.
Besides hunting and fishing his biggest passion is custom building traditional bows and his bowyer company EBC Bows has quickly grown in popularity both in South Africa and abroad.
With more than 15 years in the hospitality industry, he is also no stranger to creating the perfect environment for you to have the most enjoyable African safari you could imagine.
A dedicated Christian, father and husband, Egbie has always strived for excellence, and it is that same passion for perfection that he brings to both the bows he builds and the hunting and bow fishing safaris he hosts.
With 10 years of experience as a Forensic Firearms specialist with the South African Police service, his knowledge of wound ballistics and the anatomy of animals as well as the effect of projectiles of all sorts on them is invaluable in helping ensure that you make the most effective and humane kill on the trophy animal of your choice.
Registered Professional Hunter and Outfitter, Pieter has been passionate about hunting for as long as he can remember.
He has 5 years experience as a guide and professional hunter to both foreign and domestic clients, both rifle and bowhunting for Plains Game.
He is a hard worker and always up for a challenge and willing to go the extra mile. He will push himself to the limit to achieve whatever goal he has set for himself.
His love for the outdoors and his passion for professional hunting ensures that he strives to exceed every clients greatest expectation, making sure that they return home, already planning the next safari, with Pieter as part of the team.
